These Terms of Service govern the use of the fiidflow service. By registering, you accept these terms.
1. General
fiidflow is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product for collecting user feedback for websites and web applications. The service is operated by Manuel Beutel, Germany.
2. Account and Registration
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account • You are responsible for the security of your account • Do not provide false information during registration • An account may only be used by one person
3. Service Description
fiidflow provides: • An embeddable feedback widget for websites • A dashboard for managing feedback • Automatic capture of screenshots and technical information • Various pricing plans with different features and limits The exact services depend on the selected pricing plan.
4. Pricing and Payment
• Prices are based on the currently published price lists • Payments are made monthly or annually in advance • All prices include applicable VAT • Access to the service may be suspended in case of payment default
5. Terms of Use
You may not use the service for: • Illegal activities • Collecting sensitive personal data without legal basis • Spam or abuse • Circumventing security measures • Reselling the service without permission
6. Liability
• fiidflow is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent • Liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded • Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months • fiidflow is only liable for data loss in case of breach of duty of care
7. Termination
• You can cancel your account at any time • After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period • fiidflow may terminate the service without notice for violations of these terms • Upon termination, your data will be deleted after 30 days
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Applicable Law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Munich, Germany.
