Built out of frustration
The Problem
While building another app, I needed a simple way to collect user feedback. I tried countless tools, but none of them fit my needs.
Most tools were way too expensive for indie developers and small teams
Integration was often complex, requiring SDKs, build steps, or extensive configuration
Many tools didn't capture screenshots automatically – the most important feature for debugging
Data privacy was often an afterthought, with data stored outside the EU
The Solution
So I built fiidflow – the feedback tool I always wanted. One line of code, automatic screenshots, console logs included, and fully GDPR compliant with EU hosting. Simple, affordable, and privacy-first.
